Account Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To ensure accurate and timely reporting for companies.
- To perform cost analysis and cost saving for companies.
- To perform cash flow planning and management included banking facilities management, payment and collection and etc.
- To handle various types of audit included annual audit, due-diligences audit, tax investigation, tax audit and etc.
- Support indirect and direct tax compliance, analysis, reporting and advisory (CIT, VAT/SST/GST, WHT, TP). Ensure all legal entities meet filing obligations timely and accurately.
- Responsible for timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts, overall accuracy of general ledger and manages daily accounting/finance operational activities. Provide timely, complete and accurate regular and ad hoc reporting and submissions, eg statutory / consolidation / management report, account reconciliation, financial analysis, financial models, treasury/cash flow report and relevant documentation and supporting.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA/CPA).
- Good proficiency in SAP & Excel, and hands on experience in Macro will be preferred.
- High integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
- Preferably Junior / Senior Executive / specialized in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent, cost of accounting.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills are also required.
- Good knowledge of banking payment process, local tax regulations, audit process and ability to interact with senior management, external auditors, tax authority and other agencies.
- Knowledge of Accounting Application Skills especially SAP and ability to quickly learn is also required.
