Human Resource Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To manage overall human resource administrative system effectively.
  • To manage recruitment and selection process that optimizes human resource requirements for the group.
  • To frequently review HR policies and personal management procedures to ensure relevancy with company culture and statutory requirements.
  • To manage HR performance appraisal system that drives performance and support business strategies.
  • To assist business units in achieving their department’s goals.
  • To manage a healthy compensation and benefits programme.
  • To oversea staff training requirements in support of Company objectives.
  • To build good management employee relationship and nurture a positive working environment.
  • Responsible for Monthly Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax for all employees.
  • To handle all Leaves, Medical, Attendance and Time Management for all employees.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good Problem Solving Skills.
  • Ability to inform the Manager quickly on potential issues related to work.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
